Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st May 2025
Last Updated: 8th May 2025
At CrowdReply, we aim to deliver reliable and high-quality Reddit engagement. To ensure fairness and clarity, this Refund Policy outlines the situations where refunds are applicable and how they are processed.
When Refunds Are Issued
We offer automatic credit refunds under the following conditions:
- Automod Removals:
If your comment or thread is removed by Reddit's automoderation system shortly after posting, you will not be charged. The task will be marked accordingly, and credits will be returned to your account. - Unfulfilled Tasks:
If a task was submitted but not completed or assigned within our processing window, you will not be charged. You may resubmit the task or use your credits for a new one. - Cancelled Tasks:
If a task is cancelled before it is posted (by our team due to fulfillment limitations), no credits will be deducted.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
Refunds are not provided in the following case:
- If a post or comment is successfully published but later removed by subreddit moderators (i.e. manual removal)
Please make sure to follow our content guidelines and subreddit rules for better posting success.
How Refunds Work
Refunds are processed in the form of credit returns to your CrowdReply account. These can be used toward future tasks. We do not issue cash or card refunds unless required by law.
