Welcome to CrowdReply. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use CrowdReply. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Services Provided
CrowdReply is a brand visibility and social media engagement platform. Our services include:
Engagement Engine — submit Reddit comments, replies, threads, posts, edits, and upvotes to promote your brand across relevant communities.
AI Search Tracking — monitor how your brand appears across AI-powered search engines and large language models, including visibility trends, citations, and competitor comparisons.
Social Listening — track keywords across platforms such as Reddit, Quora, and Facebook to discover relevant discussions and mentions related to your brand.
Brand Reports — receive automated reports and insights about your brand’s online visibility, competitive landscape, and engagement performance.
Thread Discovery — find relevant social media threads and discussions to engage with.
Feature availability and usage limits vary by subscription plan.
3. Account Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CrowdReply account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
You agree not to:
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity to circumvent plan limits
Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in spammy, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
CrowdReply operates on a subscription model. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the following:
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Each subscription plan includes a set number of monthly credits, brands, AI Search prompts, keywords, and other features as described on our pricing page.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, features, or plan structures at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes in advance.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. CrowdReply does not store your credit card or payment details directly.
5. Credits
Credits are the currency used within CrowdReply to pay for Engagement Engine tasks.
Monthly credits are added to your account balance at the start of each billing cycle.
Additional credits can be purchased via top-up packs at any time.
Credits do not expire, even if you cancel your subscription.
An active subscription is required to use credits for Engagement Engine tasks.
Credit costs per task vary by subscription plan. Higher-tier plans receive lower per-task rates.
We reserve the right to change credit pricing or per-task costs at any time.
6. Free Trial
CrowdReply may offer a free trial period for new users.
The free trial provides access to AI Search Tracking, Social Listening, brand setup, and dashboard exploration.
The Engagement Engine is not available during the free trial.
No credits are included with the free trial.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged accordingly.
Each user is eligible for one free trial only.
7. Refund Policy
Additional credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased.
Comments and Replies
75% refund if the removal is detected within 3 days (72 hours) of being posted. You must manually click the refund button within 72 hours.
100% refund if the issue was caused by CrowdReply (e.g., wrong URL, subreddit, or content).
Refunds are not issued for comments and replies in the following cases:
Upvotes are detected on the task
The content falls under restricted niches such as IPTV or affiliate marketing
The comment, thread, or reply was edited after posting, regardless of removal time
Threads
100% refund if the thread is removed by a moderator within 24 hours of posting.
No refund after the 24-hour period.
General Refund Terms
Tasks that are automatically removed by Reddit’s automoderation system are not charged.
Unfulfilled or cancelled tasks are not charged.
All refunds are processed as credit returns to your CrowdReply account.
We do not issue cash or card refunds unless required by applicable law.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your plan’s features until the end of the current billing period. Your remaining credits will not expire and can continue to be used.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Paid subscription: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan’s features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to an inactive state. Your remaining credits will not expire.
Free trial: Cancelling during the free trial takes effect immediately. You will not be charged.
9. Acceptable Use
By using CrowdReply, you agree to:
Use the platform only for legal and ethical purposes
Comply with the terms of service and content policies of any third-party platform where CrowdReply operates (including Reddit, Quora, and Facebook)
Provide accurate and truthful information in your account, brand setup, and campaign content
Not use the platform to engage in spam, manipulation, or deceptive practices
Respect the integrity of online communities where your content appears
CrowdReply reserves the right to reject, remove, or refuse any task or content that violates these terms or the rules of the relevant platform.
10. Prohibited Content
CrowdReply does not support content related to:
Adult, pornographic, or NSFW material
Illegal products, services, or activities
Misinformation, fake news, or deliberately deceptive content
Political astroturfing or manipulation
Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content
Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Violations may result in task rejection, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund.
11. Intellectual Property
CrowdReply retains all rights to the platform, its technology, design, branding, and proprietary tools.
You retain ownership of the content you submit through the platform (brand information, campaign instructions, etc.).
By submitting content for tasks, you grant CrowdReply a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested service.
You represent that you have the right to use any content, brand names, and materials you submit through the platform.
12. Data and Analytics
CrowdReply collects and processes data to provide its services, including:
Monitoring social media threads, posts, and engagement metrics from publicly available sources
Tracking how your brand is referenced across AI-powered search engines
Storing campaign data, task history, and performance analytics
We do not access your personal social media credentials or accounts. For full details on data collection and usage, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
13. No Guarantee of Results
CrowdReply provides tools and services to support your brand’s online visibility. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
That any post, comment, or thread will remain live indefinitely on any third-party platform
That your brand will achieve a specific ranking or visibility in AI-generated search results
That social listening will capture every relevant mention or discussion
That engagement metrics will meet specific targets
Third-party platforms such as Reddit have their own moderation systems and policies. Content removals, account restrictions, or algorithm changes on these platforms are beyond CrowdReply’s control.
14. Changes to the Platform
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to features, functionality, user interface, and service availability. Feature access may vary by subscription plan.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
CrowdReply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
CrowdReply is not responsible for losses related to content removals, account restrictions, or policy changes on third-party platforms (including Reddit, Quora, and Facebook).
CrowdReply is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data from third-party AI models or search engines.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CrowdReply in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You use the platform at your own risk.
16. GDPR Compliance
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. CrowdReply only collects data necessary to provide our services and does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. 17. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
