Tasks submitted, campaign activity, engagement metrics, and task tracking data

We do not store your credit card or payment details directly. All payment transactions are securely processed by our third-party payment provider. A payment customer identifier is linked to your account for billing purposes.

Browser type, device information, operating system, and screen resolution
IP address (used for security, fraud prevention, and general analytics)

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide the CrowdReply services you subscribe to, including the Engagement Engine, AI Search Tracking, and Social Listening
Track and display how your brand appears across AI-powered search engines and large language models

3. Social Listening and Public Data Collection
CrowdReply's Social Listening feature monitors publicly available discussions on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, and Facebook based on keywords you configure.
We collect and store public post URLs, content snippets, engagement metrics, and metadata from these platforms.
This data is associated with your brand and account for analytics and reporting purposes.
We do not access private, restricted, or password-protected content. Only publicly visible data is collected.
You control which keywords are tracked and can remove them at any time.
4. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate and improve CrowdReply. These providers handle functions such as payment processing, email delivery, file storage, security, customer support, and analytics.
Third-party providers may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only work with providers who meet appropriate privacy and data handling standards.
5. Data Shared with AI Providers
CrowdReply uses third-party AI providers to power features such as content suggestions, brand analysis, keyword recommendations, and AI Search Tracking.
When you use AI-powered features, the following types of data may be sent to AI providers for processing:
Brand name, domain, and description
Competitor names and domains
Campaign instructions and content context
Prompts configured for AI Search Tracking
The following data is never shared with AI providers:
Your email address, password, or login credentials
Payment or billing information
Personal identifying information
CrowdReply does not use your data to train AI models. Data is sent to third-party AI providers solely to generate outputs within the service.

Social listening data (mentions, keyword results) is retained while keywords are actively tracked and for a reasonable period after removal.
If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution).

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
